Our short-term rehabilitation program provides comprehensive clinical care for patients recovering from surgery, illness, or complex medical conditions. With a physician or nurse practitioner on site six days a week and a strong team of registered nurses, we are able to support higher-acuity patients requiring services such as TPN, LVAD support, LifeVest monitoring, IV medications, and advanced wound care.
Paired with advanced equipment, skilled therapists, and innovative treatment techniques, our “hi-tech ∙ hi-touch” approach helps patients regain independence and return home as quickly and safely as possible.
